Preceding the prize award and the award of the Hygieia Medal, the Rudolf Schülke Foundation organized a two-day symposium on the topic: ”Worldwide Significance of Gram-Negative Antibiotic Resistant Rods: Epidemiology, Prevention and Control Strategies“.
